QuantAB’s top priority is customer service. This means that we treat you with the utmost respect both before and after the sale. The basic tenets of our Warranty, Returns & Refund policy are:
- Orders once placed, cannot be canceled unless we (QuantAB) cannot fulfill the order. In such a situation, we would inform you and would refund the full amount of order value within 24-48 business hours.
- No Cancellation On Pre-Order products. In the rare situation on Quantab’s discretion, cancellation of order post procurement/before delivery may attract up to 15% restocking charges.
- Advance Fee charged for COD orders would not be refunded if you deny to receive the package from our courier partner for any reason it may be.
Return / Refund Policy
- Our (Quantab’s) Return Policy is implied only where a wrong product has been sent and/or in case if you have received damaged product due to transit from our warehouse to your location. You have to report about the damaged product at the earliest and within the first 7 days from the date of the receipt by you. Damaged product(s) will be replaced with a like item, upon return of the damaged product which would be evaluated by our experts.
- The damaged product should be returned in its proper and original packaging with the manufacturer’s seal for a replacement.
- No Cancellation or Return on the wrong selection of the product post-delivery would be entertained. All customers are requested to check specifications/configuration requirements before placing the order. In case of doubt, contact us via chat during business support hours or through email at firstname.lastname@example.org. In rare cases where the wrong selection was made by the customer, it will be considered discretionary returns and may attract Cancellation/Restocking charges (15% on Product value).
- Customers may be asked to send the product back (only for the damaged product), in case the reverse pick up cannot be honored due to operational restrictions. Return shipping charges will be reimbursed into your store wallet.
- We are only e-Tailers/distributors for the manufacturers we deal with. You can contact the respective authorized service center of the product for warranty claims if you find the product is not working/received in dead condition. All our product pages have information related to their respective service center. We deal only with original products from the respective brands, hence, claiming the warranty won’t be a problem.
- In no way, exchange with some other product would be entertained.
- There are no refunds for custom work (i.e custom paint, special order chassis, custom cutouts, assembled PC/Desktop).
- The return policy is not applicable for Refurbished Products once purchased.
- The nature of digital media (software) that can be downloaded instantly after a purchase has been made. There is no “trial” or “grace period” after purchasing any product which means all sales are final. Once you have purchased the software, there is no way to “return” it. As such refunds can not be provided. You would have to directly contact the respective company/developers for support related to the software.
Note: If for some reason we have to initiate a refund, we will refund the amount after deducting the charges, if applicable. We will refund within 3 to 5 working days from the application date. It can take up to 7 working days to reflect in your account (source) after refund.
Images shown for the products are indicative only as it keeps changing from time to time by the respective manufacturer. Though we try our level best to deliver as per the image shown. We reserve the right to substitute the products with equal value in case of non-availability of the desired product. No refund/re-delivery claim in this respect will be entertained.
In case of a replacement, we process once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse by our experts.
